Practice What You Preach | Career Angles

Young children notice a lot. So does your staff.

They notice when you say one thing and do another.

They considered you “an artist . . . “ of the BS variety.

If you need to go back on something, do it and explain it.

Understand that there will be consequences for you for having done, particularly if you don’t explain yourself.

Circumstances change.

You may have miscalculated.

Whatever change the equation requires a change response on your part.

But if you preach transparency, you have to practice it, too.
