It extends far beyond song lyrics.
People notice when you’re in a bad mood or a great mood.
People notice when you expend tremendous effort and when you don’t
They notice when you keep your word and when you don’t.
The only thing they don’t do is tell you. The Excel spreadsheet of opinions has a lock to the file that makes it hard to erase the negatives that are filed away.
It is why it is so important to remember that giving 100% effort all the time in every interaction is important.
