We start each year with the feeling of fresh starts. At least, I have that feeling.
We/I forget that each day offers an opportunity for a fresh start,
We may fail at our New Year’s resolutions but we can learn from that decision and re-choose as many times as we like to make that change.
The same is true professionally. We can change how we approach our careers and make dramatic change, incremental change or no change . . . as long as we take a moment to de-construct what happened, evaluate it without judgement or criticism and move forward.
Every day offers us the opportunity to change, not just every year.
