Why are you being a phony?
Why are you behaving so much and being so compliant?
When you walk into work on Monday, are you the same personality as you were on the weekend or are you being nice.
Docile.
Compliant.
Well-behaved.
Could someone pat you on the head and say, “Good boy,” or “Good girl?”
When you do this, you are not giving your best. You are offering a nice facade that causes you to change in ways that, I believe, affect the rest of your life.
