I'm Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. I'm a coach who helps people professionally in
a number of different ways. Here's today's question. I "t's been five
months since my pending start date and still no word can I contact anyone about
my position will I still be able to be hired at this point I hope you're still
looking for a job because the statistical probability that
you're going to be hired almost a half a
year since pending start date pretty small then you contact someone sure you
should have contacted them months ago.. Contact them now.
Just simply say, "I'm waiting for a start date from you guys for a while. Anything going
on I should know about?" Also there was a third part to your
question will I still be able to get hired at this point yeah monthly rent on
it. I would bet anything on this. That ship has sailed.
I hope you're looking for something else right
now you're in trouble if you've been sitting around waiting
for the start date, you're in trouble because for the next employer who is
going to be interviewing you, they're going to have an opinion about that decision
that is not particularly flattering. I'm Jeff Altman. Hope you found this helpful. My
website is TheBigGameHunter.us.
You can also ask me a question and www.wisio.com/TheBigGameHunter. That's
