Thank you for the explanations. However, I have a question: If applying through ATS doesn’t work, why I see these percentages about “Getting an Interview” on the Glassdoor page of Amazon?:
    • Applied online
    – 54%

    • Recruiter
    – 15%

    • Campus Recruiting
    – 12%

    • Employee Referral
    – 12%

    • In Person
    – 3%

    • Other
    – 3%

    • Staffing Agency
    – 2%

@Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter Do you mean that the Interview Reviews on Glassdoor are fake? Also, Amazon is not the only one; I observed this case on the Medium-sized companies as well

5? 10? 25? The statistics are consistent and there are exceptions. For years, the numbers were 70% of positions are filled as a result of networking. 70% of the 70% are filled as a result of introductions to people your network knows who you don’t. More Recently, the statistics are approximately 80%.

3:28 Will the ATS define the keywords automatically by using the Job Description OR will the Hiring Manager define some keywords manually? Because, if the 1st choice is correct, I should put “team player” into my Resume as well

    1. Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter

HR us.ually makes the changes to the data dictionary/ No one searches for team player

@Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter Then Jobscan (a website, I believe that you already know) is useless. Because it predicts that you should put some redundant words into your Resume; if you don’t, it lowers your “match rate”. What do you think?
