I had a final interview with a company and now I’ve received an email saying they want to have a 15 minutes call to ask me further questions. Does this mean I’ve been accepted?
Probably, not. Here are the probable options.
I had a final interview with a company and now I've received an email saying
they want to have a 15-minute call to ask me further questions does this mean
I've been accepted probably not it's possible it's possible that they're
calling to extend the offer. I wouldn't bet anything on that the
probability is something has surfaced in the interviews that someone mentioned in
the course of their joint debriefing with one another that they want to clear
up they're not sure if they want to hire you is most likely sometimes there's two
people or three people who are both very good candidates and they're not sure
which one to take. They're looking for this conversation as
a tiebreaker for you and perhaps for the other person who they may have a
15-minute conversation with all in all the probability is you're not hired
You're not getting the offer there.. They have a question. They have a doubt.
they need to clear this up before they would make an offer
you are still in interview mode make no assumptions you were in interview mode
selling your experience in your credentials I hope you find this helpful
