gym | Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter

It’s pretty common for people to sit back as though with her arms folded in front of them waiting for people to show them and proved to them and demonstrate to them that they are right.

Thus, their behavior tends to treat the participation in a group, on a team, in an organization as though over gym membership. I bought this thing and without doing any work I expect to get fit and lose weight. It doesn’t work that way, doesn’t it?

What works is diving into something and testing you from all directions in order to receive whether it is right.

Words won’t prove it to you anymore them find that gym membership will cause you to lose weight.

Being an observer has no commitment. It is the role of the critic, not the ambitious.

It is the role of the Monday morning quarterback, not the champion.

It is the role of the person who does nothing and judges those who putting effort.

Give more of yourself and you will get more back. You’ll notice who the other critics are your organization and your life the more you give.

Someone once said to me that society is never erected a statue to a critic. I don’t think that’s true but I do believe that there are very few statues erected to them and far more built to honor those who succeeded.
