What’s the likelihood that you have all the answers?

If you’re honest with yourself, you may believe that you have a lot of the answers but not all of them.

Even if you try to figure out things with others, even if you have a team or more of people to reach out to to advise you, you probably still won’t have all the answers.

But you will miss fewer of the answers with more and better resources, right?

From the time that we were small, we are conditioned to believe that if you ask for help you are a cheater.

Yet, in fact, it is smart to ask for support, to ask for help, to seek advice and counsel from others.

What is your habit?

If you are a “go it alone” person, you may be making it harder on yourself than it needs to be.

If you are seeking advice from others, maybe you need to change some of the people you seek advice from.

As I say about job hunting, it doesn’t need to be that hard, difficult or painful. It doesn’t need to take a long time.

Asking for support makes things easier.

What’s wrong with that?
