Last week, I released a video called Faking Interviews https://youtu.be/UCgiw82a2eQ in which I called attention to how some consulting firms are having people do interviews for others. There is a link in the original video to the Skype interview that exposed the issue.
In this video, I share the experience of someone who saw my video and wanted to call attention to what happens when the person an’t perform and how the consultancy tries to cover for their person on the assignment.
