Average is Fine | Career Angles

In most of your life, you don’t believe average is good enough.
You don’t want to hire an average surgeon, do you?
You don’t want to hire an average lawyer, do you?
If you going to spend money on something, you want to be really good, don’t you?
Yet you do work that’s good enough.
You stopped putting in effort years ago.
Tell yourself the truth. You don’t care.
Yet you expect “more than your fair share” even though everything you do is at best middling.
Others were entitled to your best effort. They didn’t hire you to be average . . . But that’s what you giving them.
It’s why I started ending my videos by saying, “Be great!”
I don’t want you to “take it easy.”
“Be great!”
You may get there if you put in the effort.
