3 Reminders About Thank You Notes

Don’t use AI to craft your thank you note. Current experience is showing that they are too generic to create the positive impression you want and come across as a form letter with little impact. UGH.
Make sure to run your note through a spelling and grammar checker before sending it.
Also, show it a real person. If you are being represented by a recruiter who has a number of years of experience, have them review it and tweak it. They have an interest in you looking good to their client. Contingency recruiters want to fill the job and get paid!
