Really. Who are you?

Not your name. Your character. Your soul.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

These are questions men and women ask themselves when they are young then, put aside when they find jobs, family and other forms of busy-ness to occupy their days.

Often we return to these questions as we become older and realize our time is running out.

The answers can be professional answers.

I am a saleswoman who cares about my customers.

I am inventor who loves envisioning simple changes that help many.

The answers can be personal.

I am a father and husband. Coach and leader. A person who cares deeply and imperfect as heck.

When you think at your work, does it serve you and who you are or is it a vehicle that takes you from youth to old age?

Can you course correct and have your work in alignment with your true self.

That’s what men do. That’s what women.
