The office argument escalates with each trying to persuade the other they are wrong.
Hmm. Reminds me of Facebook when people talk politics. No matter.
It is obvious they are poles apart. Insults and snark will not move them.
What often does move one side is the soft-spoken, determined, unmovable person who does not respond except to re-state what is obvious to them.
Volume does not move mountains.
Be a mountain.
