What is too much?

What would make you stop surrendering your principles and reclaim them?

What would allow you to look at management or leadership and tell them this is wrong.

I am reminded from US politics that both sides seem to be making the claim that they have had enough with the crap that the other is serving us as being “delicious.”

It is no different in the workplace.

We are lied to by people who have surrendered their principles and we wonder why our political class thinks that they can get away with telling us that there is no there there.

I want to be clear. I am not advocating for either side in the current drama. Both are lying . . . just like at work.

As soon as you can stand up to the numbness demanded of you, the sooner life will return to you . . . and others.
