We had a hard conversation and everything is been fine since.
Sometimes, you need to talk it out at work, too.
Sometimes, you need to have an honest conversation with someone about frustration before it becomes cancerous.
That’s what happens to misunderstandings— they become tumors within the system that don’t allow anyone or anything to breathe freely anymore.
They fester within.
