When you stop doing things to protect and defend your staff from incursions upon their dignity and self-expression, you will lose them.
When you act like “a management tool,” rather than as a human being, you will teach them that they shouldn’t listen to you.
Can you remember what’s important and share it with them daily.
Can you let them see how important they are to you?
Can you open your heart to them individually and collectively?
