With my internet down this morning, I am reminded of how remarkable some things are I take for granted.
Yes, I can make a phone call but so much has evaporated for me with it down.
Perhaps, for you as a manager, there is so much of your team and how they do their job you take for granted.
Perhaps, for you as a member of staff, there are things you take for granted in how people step up to have your back when you are feeling “off” on a given day.
I find it remarkable that so many little things happen in such a seemingly seamless way in our hive that allows us to do so much.
On a morning like this, I notice it more.
