If you ever tripped and fallen, the first thing you do is a quick physical scan of your body to see if you’ve heard anything badly.
The next thing you do is move slowly to test your original conclusions and confirm that your body hasn’t been hurt badly.
After that, you move gingerly until you stop noticing how you feel and return to normal.
The same thing happens professionally, as well.
When you recover from a setback, you first take inventory to see how badly you have been setback.
Then, you test your conclusions and start moving ahead at a snail’s pace.
Then you move normally again or, sometimes, even better.
Whether we are talking about our current economic or global situation or a personal situation, this is the process you go through.
How you do steps two or three are your choice.
