How do you think you would feel if someone made a promise to you and didn’t keep it?
“I’ll meet you there at 2:30 PM.”
You’re waiting and they never show up.
How do you think you would feel if someone said to you, “I’ll get that to you at 4:30 PM at the latest,” and that time comes and goes without even a message or an explanation. You planned your next day around that item, wanted to review it the night before and getting to work on it the next morning early because you have other things on your calendar that you need to pay attention to.
Little annoyances create distrust.
Promises unfulfilled may not be confronted but they will not be forgotten.
