They do too much of it and seem over the top!
Who are you to judge and why are you trying to take this person or these people down a peg?
To suggest that they should return to their social class (employee slaves) instead of aspiring to do their best?
To align with you instead of helping their manager look good?
To become another person who seems dead from the neck up?
Something else?
Whatever it is, your jealousy, your envy is out of control and hurts only you.
