How Do I Keep My Focus During a MultiDay MultiSite Interview? | JobSearchTV.com

I received a question from someone, “I am going for a five day multi site/city interview for a job (one of to finalists). All day long -except when travelling on the planes, I will be with people from the organization. Aside from taking mental breaks (bathroom) how can I stay emotionally intelligent from 09:00 – 21:00 every day during interviews, lunches, dinners (I am not used to being watched for so many days, my history = max of 2 day interviews)?”

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video – for me its about how to stay in control (EI) while being constantly scrutinized – even while eating and socializing at the dinners. Almost a feeling of not being able to let my hair down. I spoke with an old boss of mine who did this same thing 4 years ago – during meals the board would watch her eat and ask her “friendly innocuous questions – “what is your favorite TV show” – nothing to do with the job – but important because they are watching/listening. That constant being on performance stress – pressure of not taking a misstep.
