Can you be honest at work? If you make a mistake, do you believe you need to point a finger in some general direction (you wouldn’t point at anyone in particular would you) and suggest it was “probably one of them”) or do you feel confident enough to honest without fear of repercussions?

Repercussions are not just simply fear of being fired but fear of consequences to your advancement.

Being dishonest, as you are being, has an effect, too. It hurts in other you in your personal life and runs the risk of becoming a bad habit that has no limits.

What can you do instead of being dishonest?
