It is important to note that finding the right career is not just about job titles or specific industries. It is often the non-work-specific attributes, such as the environment and the people you will be working with, are more important than the specific type of work itself.
For example, there was a person who thought he wanted to work in the solar industry with brilliant engineers and cutting-edge technology. However, through the puzzle method, they discovered that what he truly wanted was to be part of a close-knit team where everyone had each other’s back. This realization opened up possibilities beyond the solar industry and allowed him to prioritize the environment over specific work.
