Definition of clarity
- the quality of being coherent and intelligible.
- the quality of transparency or purity.
Before many people make decisions, they say they want clarity. The problem often is that they use the word “clarity” to mean “certainty.”
Few ideas, few decisions mean the bar of certainty at the time they are made. Some don’t even meet the benchmark of being coherent and being intelligible.
However, one an idea starts to be acted upon and adjustments are made, we can achieve clarity, not only by the definition of being inherent and intelligible but by the benchmark of certainty.
