Celebrations | Career Angles

It’s even more important to celebrate success than to conduct a postmortem after failure.

Why?

Because there are far more failures, far more instances when people plod along, far more instances where people are grinding then instances the celebrated triumph.

People are ground down emotionally.

The a few instances to pick themselves up.

Celebrations allow them an hour, a day, a week to feel good about what they’ve done and contributed.

How many times you give yourself an opportunity?

How many times do you offer that to others in your care?
