What happens when you are endorsed for something that you have no expertise in?
Others think is valid. They have no reason to doubt the person who endorsed you.
In the back of someone’s mind, they may think, “S/he can do that,” the sign it is something that you are incapable of doing.
I’ve heard this happen the people many times, as recently is a month ago.
People create fictions and fantasies about others.
You do, too.
And sometimes people can grow into the role.
And sometimes people expect that a person who’s in the role can do the role from the very beginning.
Such confusion causes complications.
Why make things complicated?
