People complain about the authority around them and do nothing about it.
When given the chance to step up, they take one step back and leave it to someone else to do.
When asked, they will say they’re fine to the person who leads or “Whatever,” which allows them to continue to complain rather than take responsibility or be accountable.
Once you abdicate authority or fail to participate in decision-making you’ve given up your right to criticize.
