A full helping

I don’t know of many people who like being on diets.

It feels like deprivation.

You want more but that’s all there is.

We tolerate the diet because there’s something we need to do.

Our appearance and not please us because her clothing does not fit us. It is unhealthy. We don’t like how we feel.

For many people, their careers and their lives are like being on a diet.

It feels like deprivation.

They want more but that’s all there is.

They tolerate the diet because they think that’s the only way.

There are many ways to get what you want in your career and your life.

You just haven’t figured that out yet, nor have you asked for advice, support, and/or help to figure it out.

It isn’t a weakness to admit that you need help.

Don’t you need that full helping of life to make it worthwhile?

Don’t you need that full helping in your career to make your days worthwhile?

This is in the diet.

Your life should be about portion control.

Be great!
