Employers are offering better benefits
With unemployment at record lows and the labor market tightening, some companies are offering new perks to attract workers. Popular offers include student loan repayment and education-related bonuses that allow workers to upskill, according to The Wall Street Journal. Home Depot has reportedly spent $136 million on tuition reimbursement for its employees in the last 13 years, while Kroger also recently launched a program offering $3,500 in education expenses to employees and the time off to use it.   Source : The LinkedIn Daily RunDown
