I will state unequivocally I don’t have all the answers. I suspect the same is true for you, too.

The hard thing is admitting it. After all, the three hardest words to say for many people is, “I don’t know.”

Asking for support and advice rather than always having to know, always having to have the answers, is not an admission of incompetence.

All you are saying is, “I don’t know,” and asking for advice and counsel, just as others have asked you for and you have readily given.
