For most of you, your knowledge of job search, no matter whether you are a fairly junior person or in the C-suite is fairly thin. For junior staff, you just haven’t engaged in many searches.

For those of you who are more senior, it is very different to be on the other side of the phone, the video interview or the desk and fielding questions.

By now, you probably realize that recruiters and search firms work for the employers who are paying them and not for you.
