In sports, winners find the way to win. Losers find the way to lose.

Usually, you see losing teams or athletes how if one or two plays came out differently, they would have won.

But they lost, nonetheless.

At work, listen to the excuses people offer for why things did not work out, did not permit them to do as they promised and much more.

Unfortunately, you work with (or, perhaps, are) a loser.

One way I know that winners know they will find the way to win is that they know that losers will find the way to lose and are confident that their opponent, adversary, competitor will crumble.

It takes time to learn how to win.

It starts with a decision to stop acting like a loser and blaming others.
