I know with conventional wisdom says but that may not work for you. Here’s what does.
Which interview slot is best for you? Conventional wisdom says between 10 and 10:30. Why? Because, well, frankly, you can be delayed in traffic getting somewhere. Or it gives you a little chance to get your caffeine in the system. And on their side, it's the idea that they walk in, there are problems, they have a chance to resolve them, they can focus on you as the conventional wisdom. Let me give you this slightly different one. And that's on your side.
When is your energy at your best? If you normally sleep till 11, it's not a 10:30, quite obviously It's going to be in the afternoon. I would say not right after lunch because some people, on their side and maybe you, as well, get tired after lunch. Figure out when your energy is strongest. Try not to do it around break points in the day because those can wind up distracting them. Focus. Be great
