Define the key tasks of a . . . let me try that again.
Define the key tasks of a team leader. I'm Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. The
coach. The head coach for JobSearchCoachingHQ.com and NoBSCoachingAdvice.com
This is a fabulous question and it really requires that you define the
job of each. So, managers handle everyday tasks and responsibilities
for team members and ensures that they finish work on time. A
leader is going to encourage and inspire their team to finish and work out goals.
Thus, when I think of a difficult and important task, a key responsibility I
think of two of them. First of all, you have to function as a team member doing
the same thing in the trenches as the other members of the team. Then,
concurrently, act as an individual who drives the team, encourages them, ensures
that they're all on the same path toward the end goal which leads toward
the success of the endeavor.. Fundamentally, the team leader is someone
a little bit closer. They're the senior peer and the manager has the overall
responsibility. So, hope you found this helpful.
