Before you fully commit to your new job, here’s what to do to protect yourself.

Do You Have Any Other Offers?

Accepted a job offer and joining a firm? Keep looking for another 60, a minimum 45 days after you join,

Why? So many jobs are misrepresented to people and you don’t want to find yourself trapped. So keep exploring other things after you join, just in case. And then, “just in case” really means if they’ve lied to you about the job. Otherwise, stick with them. Just because someone offers you more money or a better opportunity (so you think) doesn’t mean they’re the ones who aren’t the problem.
