Patience

In US culture, we are trained to believe that will and brute force will allow us to get what we want.

Whether in sales, in business, in general, or in the workplace, sometimes we are better off not forcing things and causing others to resist us, but to let things come to us.

It’s using the power of the other side against it, deflecting it often a different direction rather than confronting it head-on.

And sometimes force must be met directly.

I’m not in a situation with you to guide but your intuition at these times is your most powerful ally.

Listen to it carefully and quickly.

Listen to it carefully and slowly.

Listen to the message.
