Just this morning my job alerts advised me a position with a high matching value became available. When I checked the details, it appears to be the job a colleague is currently occupying. Either the job description is being re-used because it was actually precise enough to be posted, or the agencies in question want to fatten their files in case they need to backfill. These kinds of ads are so common that I have to conclude that recruiters have been hired from telesales backgrounds, and can’t translate requirements into a workable job advertising.
The amount of spelling mistakes is out of control. Requirements for years of experience in a technology exceeds the time this technology actually has existed, etc etc.

I applied to hundreds of ads, yet I was hired through a search function on LinkedIn.
