You probably know, that now you physically feel affects how you think.

Whether it is in this time of coronavirus or beyond, taking care of yourself physically as a beneficial effect.

It doesn’t mean going to the gym for two hour workouts or going for a long run.

It can be as simple as going outdoors for a few minutes and taking a walk.

On Saturday, I stepped outside for a few minutes for the first time in a week and took three deep breaths that felt wonderful. It is the first fresh ferret out a week.

That day I took a walk in the hills around my home.

Anyone who approached in the opposite direction, as you would expect, we maintained a distance. And it felt great I took it with me for the rest of the day.

Can you do the same thing?

Can you take the stairs down, not touching the railing with your hands unless necessary?

Can you go to a park for little while this evening before sundown?

Unless you are on lockdown, give it a try and tell me how it feels.
