The last two jobs I interviewed for I got hired on the spot and quit within a week. getting hired on the spot is definitely a red flag. .Prior to these last 2 jobs I accepted On the spot, I was employed at a company for eighteen years, and why did I last so long because I was not hired on the spot. Being hired on the spot is definitely a red flag. Make sure you at least get three interviews before you are hired because you are more likely to continue to remain at company for a longer period of time. . Good luck
And there is a problem with too many interviews, too.
I got hired on the spot 3 weeks ago at this warehouse at its horrible. I didn’t do a interview or anything. I literally called a temp agency down the street from my house (I have been staying in a new town for almost 2 years now) and they offered me the job over the phone and sent the info and address in a text, and left my badge in the temp location mailbox and told me to be there at 4:45am 😂 I got there they didn’t acknowledge me, they threw me to someone that had no clue she was suppose to train me, && they didn’t give me my safety protection and when I asked it tooked forever. I have to have protection bc I press insulation seats for cars and it’s a super hot machine ofc . They treat you like a slave and under pay you. I’m leaving
Slavery ended in the US a long time ago. When you get treated like a nobody when you start working there, what’s going to happen when they have to do cuts? We all know th3 answer. Good luck.
