If you’re going to be successful on interviews, you’ve got to risk everything. You’ve got to go in there and not do a half-assed job.
You have to be prepared. You have to sell yourself. You have to let your personality out so this way you don’t join a company that isn’t going to like you anyway.
If you’re like everyone else when you interview, they don’t know that there’s any difference. So you’ve got to show them what you got. That’s great work, effort, care, personality, let it out of the box, because otherwise you’re gonna look like those other people that you make fun of.
