How Recruiters Steal Your Best People: The Obvious Way | #shorts

This is the obvious way that recruiters steal your best people and you, your leadership and your managers all do this to make them susceptible.

How Recruiters Steal Your Best People: They’re Bored

The obvious way you lose your top people is around money. When it comes time to give reviews out, everyone gets the same percentage change raise whether or not they’ve done a great job, or an average job, whether they’re a top performer, or Ms or Mr. Average.

Your top people have a clearer idea of what their value is. After all, they can check it online in any number of places, and know what top money is all about, given their expertise.

But you go out there, your managers go out there and try to justify why top management has only given them a 3% increase, or worse than that, less than that, which as I’m recording this during inflationary times, is a joke increase. It doesn’t even keep pace with inflation.

There’s a lot more on my website, TheBigGameHunter.us. Go to the blog there and go exploring.
