How long should your resume be? I'm Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. Let me give you definitive answers. You're a recent grad, you're a student, you're writing a resume--one page. You've got nothing that they care about beyond one page. You don't have to pad it.

You're a more experienced person but still relatively junior-- a page and a half. You're a veteran individual. More senior--2, no more than two and a half pages. No one cares about what you did a long time ago. It's not why you're going to get hired. You may talk about progression. It's not important to them. They just want to know how your background fits what they're looking for now. So keep it simple. Keep it to that framework. I'm Jeff Altman. Sbscribe or follow me at Job Search TV on YouTube. There's a lot more there. Be great!
