To describe oneself as an overachiever, you have to accept someone else’s expectations for you as having been accurate.
Perhaps it was a parent who gave you the idea.
“You’ll never amount to anything.”
Maybe was a particular look at a certain time they gave me the idea that s/he was disappointed. You believe them.
Maybe was a teacher.
Maybe was a family friend.
Maybe was a friend.
Whoever it was an however it happened, you believe them and their expectations for you as being correct.
They weren’t. As a matter of fact, they were wrong.
You’ve proven that.
You are a high achiever, not an “overachiever.” There is a difference.
