Hi, it's Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter and I'm going to do an "in-between-a-sode" today. for my No BS Coaching Advice podcast.
I received a question I thought you might enjoy the answer to that goes like this. "People have a lot on their plates and prioritization is key in order to succeed. What's one strategy people can use to prioritize their daily tasks and work? One that's effective, even when new problems arrives? Oooooh! Trauma! Trauma! I'm so scared!
My answer this is really very simple. When you're commuting (unless of course you're driving), take a few minutes, it could be as little as five minutes, 10 minutes, whatever it is, to close your eyes and meditate because those few minutes are going to afford you some mental clarity that will help you make smarter choices about what's important to address on your calendar and in your life.
Slowing down for a few minutes will help you go much faster. I know that's counterintuitive, but that is one of the facts of life. Slowing down will help you move much faster.
Hope you enjoyed this. I'm going to do these from time to time. Hope you have a great day.
