Ahhh this one hits home. My problem when I first started interviewing was more so appearing “too eager” or “hyper energetic”. In conjunction to sounding needy I was just overemphasizing and appearing like this was the last job on earth. That infact caused my anxiety because I wanted to hide the fact that my technicals weren’t up to par. After some soul searching and practicing I was able to sound much more polished and have poise when I spoke. I felt like if I could explain my value add to people that everything else would settle out. I actually witnessed it firsthand when I met someone who had the same personality as me at a networking event. I’m still grinding though and trying to perfect my interviewing game. Living is learning right?

Your videos really helped me by the way and always spreading the good wisdom you share to others. Thanks so much Jeff and enjoy your July 4th holiday weekend!💥🥳🇺🇸🥳💥

You’ve made a great case for why someone needs to get interview coaching before they start to interview and for practice. Practice helps people get much better. Knowing what to practice and how is knowledge that most don’t have. KEEP GOING!

Jeff Altman Thank you Jeff! I highly recommend people who are struggling see a coach or a partner like yourself to give them perspective they would not have seen. Its always good to look deep down and reflect to the root of the problem then fix it ASAP (if possible). I love your content and keep on making them. We love it. Have a good weekend!
