This is another my daily videos about job search, designed to help you get to the finish line, get hired, be happy in your next job, much more quickly than without having this advice. This video is going to be about making the decision to join a firm.
Now, for many of you, this is a very confusing time. You have multiple offers, or you have an offer that you're not completely happy with. What do you do? Now, there's a process that you go through that involves evaluating what you're looking for in the next job or organization, and then measuring that against what what's being proposed to you, and how well they align. But, experience tells me, there's an emotional component in it as well, that you need to resolve and, frankly, you're going to need help doing that.
Yeah, I provide a trusted advisor service, where I'll sit down and talk with you about your interest goals and motivations. Now, I was a professional recruiter for more than 40 years. I have a Master's in Social Work. I did psychoanalytic training for two years. I practiced as a therapist in New York for a number of years.
At the end of the day, I'm extremely well equipped to help you make a decision, yay or nay, choose between offers whatever it is, instead of trying to go it alone, or asking people who don't have the experience that I do. Takes some time. Reach out to me. Schedule time with me. Let me help you make that choice.
I've helped many people find their next job. I've coached even more about how to get there. And I've answered questions and been an advisor to so many more than that to help people land in quality organizations. Am I perfect? Of course, not. But I'm certainly a lot better than doing it on your own.
So, reach out to me. visit There's information there if you're still engaged in the job search that you could watch, listen to or read to help you find work more quickly.

Jeff, thanks for your videos, I find them to be helpful.  Is there any advice you can give on how to handle behavioral interviews.  I seem to freeze up during this type of questioning.
